What we can’t help with
We cannot answer a medical, legal, money or building question, book a job for you or take up a complaint against a listed business. Raise any problem with the business first. If that gets nowhere, Citizens Advice can explain your consumer rights, and regulated professions have their own complaint routes, such as the Legal Ombudsman for solicitors and the Financial Ombudsman Service for brokers and advisers.
